The Manifesto should be self-explanatory: and yet we already received several questions asking if one must be a member of Ecclesia Gnostica Universalis in order to embrace the Post-Thelemic revolution.
The answer is, obviously, no.
The Manifesto is a seed: if by reading it you are moved by its words, then work diligently along the Current being earthed, towards the manifestation of your True Will.
Love is the law, love under will.
